El informe “¿Efectos adversos potencialmente letales de la acupuntura? Revisión sistemática sobre el tema” hecho por los autores E. Ernst y A. White, exponen: “su uso tradicional presenta probablemente muy pocos efectos adversos, debemos insistir más en las evidencias científicas que en las históricas particularmente parecen necesitar una sistemática investigación”, “... en cuanto a su seguridad. Esta revisión pasa revista a las evidencias publicadas acerca de complicaciones serias, potencialmente peligrosas achacadas a la acupuntura.” y nombra una serie de publicaciones con autorias, destacamos que todos son autorias de médicos occidentales y de Japón. Pero no menciona nada en cuanto a la formación de dichos profesionales médicos que aplican la acupuntura, posiblemente autotitulados acupunturistas o acupuntores. Tampoco menciona personas sin ser médicos o de acupunturistas tradicionales que están en la alegalidad en muchos países de Occidente. Los paises que son mencionados en estos reportes, puede que los Médicos Alópatas ejercen acupuntura sin estar reglamentada la acupuntura misma.

The report “Adverse Effects potentially lethal of the acupuncture? Systematic revision on the topic” Made by the authors E. Ernst and A. White, they expose: “their traditional use presents probably very few adverse effects, we should insist particularly more in the scientific evidences than in the historical ones they seem to need a systematic investigation”, “... as for their security. This revision happens it has to the evidences published about serious complications, potentially dangerous attributed to the acupuncture.” and it names a series of publications with responsibilities, we highlight that all are western doctors’ responsibilities and of Japan. But non mentions anything as for the formation of this medical professionals that they apply the acupuncture, possibly self-titled acupuncturists or acupunctors. Neither its mentions people without to be medical or of traditional acupuncturists that are in the unlegality in many countries of West. The countries that are mentioned in these reports, can that the Medical Allopathic exercises acupuncture without being regulated the same acupuncture.

En la práctica de la Acupuntura Tradicional, se podría decir son muy pocos los efectos adversos, porque están bajo control debido a que son aplicados por Acupunturistas Tradicionales y son los efectos naturales y beneficiosos de la Acupuntura Tradicional que está bajo control, en la literatura clásica y antigua de China, se denomina: “Deqi (llegada de la energía)”, por tanto no debería llamarse efectos adversos, sino efectos beneficiosos o efectos que demuestran el buen efecto terapéutico.

In the practice of the Traditional Acupuncture, one could say its are very few the adverse effects, because below control are because its are applied by Traditional Acupuncturists and its are the natural and beneficial effects of the Traditional Acupuncture that below control it, in the classic and old literature of China, it is denominated: “Deqi (arrival of the energy)”, therefore it should not call himself adverse effects, but beneficial effects or effects that demonstrate the good therapeutic effect.

Los efectos adversos estarían bajo control, cuando la acupuntura es aplicada por médicos y profesionales de la salud que posean lo real y estén verdaderamente entrenados o tienen el conocimiento del paradigma original y es lo contrario, es decir sin control, cuando es adoptado el paradigma de la Medicina Alopática Occidental.

The adverse effects below control would be, when the acupuncture is applied by doctors and professionals of the health that possess the real thing and be truly trained or they have the knowledge of the original paradigm and it is the opposite, that is to say without control, when the paradigm of the Medicine is adopted Western Allopathic.

Existen pacientes que han hecho uso de esta terapia desde hace cientos de años y los más recientes desde hace cuarenta años, y cada día se le suman más pacientes que se atienden con los acupunturistas tradicionales. Muchos pacientes se niegan totalmente a ser tratados por Médicos Alópatas Occidentales, otros parcialmente a ser tratados. Incluso muhos se niegan totalmente, otros parcialmente, a someterse al tratamiento de la acupuntra realizada por médicos alópatas, porque pueden no tener el entrenamiento o el conocimiento completo del paradigma original y eso, basta para que la acupuntura no esté bajo control.

Podemos decir incluso, cualquier profesional o persona que aplique acupuntura sín la necesaria formación completa estaría aplicando la acupuntura sin control.

En el informe original, dice: “…necesitar una sistemática investigación en cuanto a su seguridad.” No se puede hablar de acupuntura sin previamente tener una formación completa en acupuntura y MCHT que incluye, a las aplicaciones y prácticas clínicas como la experiencia práctica de sus resultados, que es menos desentendible, ya que el paciente soluciona sus diversos malestares y enfermedades, obtiene un indiscutible bienestar físico y mental, como no decir un bienestar espiritual.

In the original report, its says: “… to need a systematic investigation as for their security.” One cannot speak of acupuncture without previously to have a complete formation in acupuncture and MCHT that it includes, to the applications and clinical practices as the practical experience of their results, that it are less ununderstandable, since the patient solves her diverse uneasiness and illnesses, they obtains an unquestionable physical and mental well-being, as not saying a spiritual well-being.

“Esta revisión pasa revista a las evidencias publicadas acerca de complicaciones serias, potencialmente peligrosas”, se debe a que personas que sín tener la preparación y el entrenamiento correspondiente en Acupuntura Tradicional, se dedican a aplicar la acupuntura y médicos que sin tener una formación completa o poseen una formación parcial en acupuntura, hacen uso de ésta, involucrando una serie de aspectos de la Acupuntura Tradicional que ignoran.

“This revision happens it has to the evidences published about serious complications, potentially dangerous”, it is due to that people that without to have the preparation and the corresponding training in Traditional Acupuncture, they are devoted to apply the acupuncture and doctors that without having a complete formation or they possess a partial formation in acupuncture, they make use of this, involving a series of aspects of the Traditional Acupuncture that they ignore.

“El inadecuado manejo de las agujas o su reutilización sin la adecuada esterilización puede provocar infecciones. Hepatitis, SIDA y endocarditis bacteriana subaguda son las tres complicaciones más serias entre las infecciones.” Aún en la antigüedad, se aplicaba la higiene al paciente antes de someterlo al tratamiento con agujas, que después de usadas las agüjas se hacían hervir. El antigüo razonamiento era, que la piel podía estar sucia, con grasitud propia de la piel y sudor, por eso era necesaria la previa higiene. Las agujas al ser extraídas quedaban impregnadas de esa suciedad y si se quisiera usar nuevamente esas agujas, no podrían entrar, debido a que esa suciedad actuaría de tope. El bañarse, era necesario antes de someterse al tratamiento de la acupuntura, y las agujas debian ser hervidas, de acuerdo a los antigüos registros de la dinastia Han.

De acuerdo al texto: “¿Efectos adversos potencialmente letales de la acupuntura? Revisión sistemática sobre el tema de E. Ernst y A. White”, son sólo casos reportados en Japón y en diversos países de alguna región de Occidente, lo que a mi parecer y de acuerdo a las evidencias presentadas en esta publicación demuestra la falta de preparación y entrenamiento en la Técnica Operatoria Básica de la Acupuntura, de todos los especialistas acupuntores presentados en este reporte, todos ellos médicos alópatas, posiblemente sólo con formación en Medicina Alopática Occidental. Por otro lado, pudieron haber realizado la acupuntura sín control y carentes de la higiene con la finalidad de demostrar la necesidad de higiene y asepsia o con la idea de desacreditar a la acupuntura; porque no se entiende, cómo estos profesionales produjeron estas imprudencias. Que reportaron producir: neumotórax, incremento del ataque de asma, pinchar órganos y vísceras importantes, producir una serie de complicaciones y traumatismos, en vez de reducir los efectos de las enfermedades. Éstas se vieron incrementadas y empeoradas. Todo ésto puede, seguramente ser a causa de no poseer una formación completa y adecuada en Acupuntura Tradicional lo que va contrario al buen fundamento de la Acupuntura Tradicional, que con el debido entrenamiento y capacitación tradicional no se podrían lograr cometer éstas situaciones adversas.

According to the text: “?Adverse effects potentially lethal of the acupuncture? Systematic revision on the topic of E. Ernst and A. White”, they are only cases reported in Japan and in diverse countries of some region of West, that to my view and according to the evidences presented in this publication it demonstrates the preparation lack and training in the Basic Operative Technique of the Acupuncture, of all the specialist acupuncturists presented in this report, all them medical allopathic, possibly only with formation in Medicine Western allopathic. On the other hand, they could have carried out the acupuncture without control and lacking of the hygiene with the purpose of demonstrating the necessity of hygiene and asepsis or with the idea of discrediting to the acupuncture; because it doesn’t understand, how these professionals produced these imprudences. That they reported to take place: neumothorax, increment of the asthma attack, to puncture organs and viscera important, to produce a series of complications and traumatisms, instead of reducing the effects of the illnesses. These were increased and worsened. All this can, surely to be because of not possessing a complete formation and adapted in Traditional Acupuncture what goes contrary to the good foundation of the Traditional Acupuncture that they could not be possible to make these adverse situations with the due training and capacity traditional.

Jamás he escuchado, en mis treinta años de acupunturista y medicina china tradicional, que en la Acupuntura Tradicional o que un acupunturistas tradicional, seguro que teniendo formacion completa, tuviera tales reacciones, efectos adversos o efectos secundarios como los que pudieron obtener los especialistas médicos de este reporte.

I have never listened, in my thirty years of acupuncturist and Chinese Traditional Medicine that in the Traditional Acupuncture or that a Traditional Acupuncturists, for sure having complete formation, they had such reactions, adverse effects or secondary effects as those that the medical specialists of this report could obtain.

Esto demuestra una vez más, que los acupuntores con formación en Medicina Alopática Occidental no debieran estar aplicando la acupuntura, si no tienen una formación completa, es decir no fueran Acupunturistas Tradicionales, porque dichos conocimientos en Medicina Alopática Occidental no son los adecuados, ni necesarios para aplicar la acupuntura. Sería una acupuntura que no está bajo control.

This demonstrates once again that the acupuncturists with formation in Medicine Allopathic Westerner should not be applying the acupuncture, if they don’t have a complete formation, that is to say they were not Acupuncturists Traditional, because this knowledge in Medicine Western Allopathic are not the appropriate, neither necessary to apply the acupuncture. It would be an acupuncture that below control is not.
